SHIPPING TERMS

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2.WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to accelerate processing and shipping times, so there is only a very small window to update an incorrect address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

3.UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may be subject to a restocking fee 15% will be applicable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases.

4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Avirisemart.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will provide delivery confirmation, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details for the customer to investigate.

If your tracking states your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local post office before reporting the incident to the local authorities.

5. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

In the event that certain items are out of stock, Avirisemart.com will send all available items first. The remaining items will be shipped separately as soon as they arrive back in stock.

6. GST AND TAXES

All prices listed on Avirisemart.com are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. While we make every effort to display the correct tax amount at checkout based on your shipping location, the final tax liability is determined by prevailing government regulations. Avirisemart.com reserves the right to adjust tax calculations should there be a change in statutory rates or regional tax laws at the time of invoicing.
