Shipping & Delivery Policy

AviriseMart.com ("AviriseMart"), owned and operated by Avirise Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. We work with trusted logistics partners across India to ensure timely delivery while providing a smooth shopping experience.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

1. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment verification.
Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Customers will receive an email and SMS with shipment tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact information while placing an order.

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.
If you need to modify your shipping address, contact our support team immediately.
Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.

3. Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned due to incorrect address details, unavailable recipients, or repeated failed delivery attempts may be treated as undeliverable.

A restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted where applicable.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Re-shipping charges may apply if the customer requests another delivery attempt.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier partner, AviriseMart cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.

However, we will gladly assist you by providing:

Courier tracking information.
Delivery confirmation.
Date and time of delivery.
Courier partner details.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with your family members, neighbours, apartment security, or local courier office before raising a complaint.

5. Out-of-Stock Items

If one or more products in your order become temporarily unavailable:

Available products may be shipped first.
The remaining products will be shipped separately at no additional shipping cost whenever possible.
If an item cannot be fulfilled, customers will be informed and an appropriate refund will be initiated.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment.
Some products may qualify for free shipping based on promotional offers or seller policies.
Orders below the applicable free shipping threshold may incur shipping charges.

7. GST & Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on AviriseMart include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

GST calculations are based on applicable Indian tax regulations and the shipping destination. Any statutory changes in tax rates will automatically apply to invoices generated after such changes become effective.
