Eligibility

Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery if:

How to Request a Return

3. Click “Request Return”.
4. Upload photos/videos. (for faster approval)

Refund Timelines

After product pickup and inspection:

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days.
• Amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
