Orders & Purchases

You can track your order using the tracking link sent via SMS/Email after dispatch.
You may also find real-time status updates in your AviriseMart account under My Orders.
If tracking is unclear, feel free to contact our support team.

You can cancel or modify your order only before it is shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be edited or canceled.
Please contact support immediately for urgent changes.

Orders may be canceled due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect address details.
In some cases, suspicious or incomplete transactions may also trigger cancellation.
Refunds for such cancellations are processed automatically.

Some items may ship separately based on availability or warehouse location.
Please check your order details to confirm partial shipments.
If something is missing, contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

If your order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, notify us immediately with photos.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.
Your satisfaction is our priority.

Once your return request is approved, we will email you a return label or schedule a pickup.
Simply print the label and attach it to the package.
Pickup details will also be shared with you.

Account

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your registered email.
You’ll receive a password reset link within minutes.
Follow the instructions to set a new password.

Go to your account settings and select the “Change Password” option.
Enter your current password and choose a new one.
Save the changes to update your login credentials.

You can request account deletion by contacting our support team.
We will verify your identity before processing the request.
Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after your returned item is inspected.
The amount is sent back to your original payment method.
You can check status in your account or contact support.

Go to “My Orders,” select your item, and choose “Request Return.”
Upload photos if needed and submit the request.
We will arrange pickup or provide a return label.

We offer a 3-day return window for eligible items.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and meet return conditions.
Refunds are issued after successful inspection.

Shipping & Tracking

Free shipping availability will be displayed during checkout.
It may depend on promotions, order value, or product category.
Check your order summary to confirm before payment.

You can change your address before the order is shipped.
Once shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
